ArmsNetAfrica is intended to be a reference tool for policy makers, researchers, journalists and civil society activists working on these issues. It is hosted by the Arms Management Programme (AMP) of the Institute for Security Studies. AMP welcomes contributions and partners wishing to play a role in the development of the site.

Cluster Munition Monitor covers cluster munition ban policy, use, production, trade, and stockpiling for every country in the world, and also includes information on cluster munition contamination, casualties, clearance, and victim assistance.
The report focuses on calendar year 2010, with information included up to August 2011 when possible.
